With 30 varieties and about 80 different packers the quality per packer/ variety and region 

can differ a lot.  Like with wine taste of almonds can differ from south or north California.  

Besides the hulling and the sorted the packers use have influence on the quality.  

During the year we have the experience of which packers have the best quality per variety and we have built good relationships with those packers.  

The number complaints we get is verry minimal. 

Another thing on quality which is getting more and more important are the quality documents and certification.
